LOS ANGELES, CA - WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Roof restoration. This roof was in very rough condition (over 35-years old) with many patches done over the years and leaking very badly. The owners were told they had to re-roof which would have been extremely disruptive and costly to the business as portions of the building would have been closed off during tear-off and portions of re-roofing. We saved the owners 50% of a traditional re-roof by installing a cool roof giving them an economical, long-term, leak-free solution. Roof restorations can effectively get 15 to 20 more years out of a roof, longer if maintained.
